Scope of Services

REGCA provides consultancy, liaison, facilitation, and advisory services related to regulatory approvals, government affairs, architectural submissions, and related domains in Punjab, Chandigarh, and Haryana. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in the Engagement Letter.

No Guarantee of Approval

Important Notice: REGCA acts as a facilitator and liaison with government authorities. We do not guarantee the grant, timing, or outcome of any regulatory approval, licence, clearance, or NOC from any government body. Approvals are at the sole discretion of the relevant authority. REGCA’s obligations are limited to diligent preparation, submission, and follow-up.

Fees & Payment

Intellectual Property

All content on regca.in — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of REGCA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent. Architectural drawings, reports, and documents prepared by REGCA for a specific client engagement remain the intellectual property of REGCA until all outstanding fees for that engagement are paid in full, at which point the deliverables are transferred to the client as agreed in the Engagement Letter.

Confidentiality

Both REGCA and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the other party’s proprietary information, project details, business strategies, and personal data. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

Force Majeure

REGCA shall not be in breach of any engagement or liable for delays or failure to perform where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, pandemics, regulatory policy changes, or disruptions to government systems or portals.

Termination

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and all service engagements with REGCA, are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali) / Chandigarh, Punjab, India. REGCA encourages resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

Amendments

REGCA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
