Real Estate Government and Corporate Affairs (REGCA) provides services in getting various of kinds of statutory approvals from Central & State Government Authorities at stages of Pre construction, On-going and Post construction of projects.

We also provide compliance services for completed projects specifically of Environment Clearance and State Pollution Control Board.

  • Environment Clearance from SEIAA, SEAC and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
  • Preparation and approval of Electrical Scheme (NOC) from State Electricity Board.
  • Consent approvals from State Pollution Control Board (CTE & CTO).
  • Fire (NOC) approvals (Provisional & Final). Including preparing & approval of Fire plans.
  • Permission for extraction of Ground Water from Ground Water Authority.
  • Height NOC from Airport Authority of India and Ministry of Defense for high rise buildings.
  • Mining Permission for excavation.
  • Forest NOC for approach road access, conversion of forest land etc.
  • RERA Registration of projects, Real Estate Agent and RERA Compliances. Including litigation matters related to Appellate Authority.
