  • Change of Land Use (CLU), Promoter License and Project Licenses and renewals.
  • Getting building plans approved from Govt. authorities i.e., Municipal Corporations and Town Planning and other state development authorities.

  • Third party reports on structure stability and safety.
  • Matters related to Mandi Board, road access and widening of existing roads, acquisition.
