  • Change of Land Use (CLU), Promoter License and Project Licenses and renewals.
  • Getting building plans approved from Govt. authorities i.e., Municipal Corporations and Town Planning and other state development authorities.
  • Completion/ Partial Completion and Occupation Certificate of buildings and projects.
  • Third party reports on structure stability and safety.
  • Matters related to Mandi Board, road access and widening of existing roads, acquisition.
  • Matters/ cases related to revenue roads under Common Village Land Act, Acquisition of village lands, shamlat (Accommodation Land).
  • Any kind of revenue matters, and matters related to Rural Development and Panchayat.
  • Matters related to Irrigation Department for approach road access, construction of bridge (flyover).
